Where is American Harbor Self Storage? American Harbor Self Storage is located at 7227 S RL Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75232.


What are the office hours? Our office is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We’re also open on Saturdays, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and we’re closed on Sundays.


What are the access hours? Rent a unit with American Harbor Self Storage and have access 7 days a week between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm.


What types of leases are offered? We offer month to month leases.​


How do I pay my storage bill? Have total peace of mind by enrolling in automatic billing. You may also pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card, calling our office, or in person with cash, check, or credit card. 


What security features are in place? The facility is secuirty measures like video surveillance, coded gate access, and perimeter fencing.​​

Am I able to purchase boxes and supplies? Yes. We have great prices on boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other packing supplies. Purchase what you need from the office.​​


What documentation do I need to rent a unit?  All you need to rent a unit is a form of ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. Be sure to have a form of payment as well.


Do I need storage insurance? Tenant insurance is required on all units. Please bring proof of homeowners or renters insurance. If you don’t have insurance, purchase an affordable tenant insurance plan during your move-in.


What items am I NOT ALLOWED to store? Tenants are not allowed to store living animals, gasoline, explosives, flammables, or hazardous materials. Give us a call or read through your lease contract if you have additional questions about a specific item.​​
